Xcel Milk – The first fresh milk based post-exercise drink in a 500ml Kavo Bottle:
Xcel Milk is a new milk-based drink for active people to consume after exercise. As a packaging partner for this innovative product, Greiner Packaging in Dungannon was the producer’s first choice. The company was rated highly based on its wealth of experience with dairy products, the geographic position of its locations and the specific technical know-how of Division Kavo.

Xcel Milk is made from fresh milk and all-natural ingredients, and is available in strawberry and chocolate as well as low fat alternatives of each flavour. It is also exclusively manufactured and distributed in the UK.

Case study:
Greiner Packaging UK produces 2.3L PET Jar for Rich Sauces
2.3L Volume, 80mm neck diameter

The new packaging was developed in cooperation with Northern Ireland’s sauce producer Rich Sauces based in Newtownards. The raw material is PET, and the fill volume is 2.3 litres. The bottle neck has an 80mm diameter and is suitable for cold fill product. Greiner Packaging UK envisages a good market potential for plastic bottles of these dimensions. Rich Sauces has a long tradition and will use the new packaging for 27 different sauce flavours in total.
