With over 35 years experience, Creative Composites moved to a purpose-built manufacturing facility in 2005. The impressive set-up includes a range of compression moulding presses up to 1450 tonnes, advanced robotics systems as well as a range of 5-axis and 3-axis CNC trimming centres for precise and efficient production. Active levelling, in-mould coating, robotic painting and vacuum technology allow us to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Final product assembly is carried out by our trained staff giving clients full control of the assembly operation and optimising supply chain management. Innovative packaging solutions are also designed and produced in-house to protect the structure and cosmetic finish of the products and optimise finished deliveries for freight and transportation efficiencies.

We have a proven track record of developing successful long-term relationships with global companies in challenging markets such as automotive, defence, transportation, off-highway, solar, vending and exclusive furniture. Within these markets we supply products to a leading UK sports car manufacturer, the UK’s largest bus and coach manufacturer, the world’s fourth largest forklift truck manufacturer and many more.

Creative Composites embraces the principles of sustainable business practice and has achieved ISO14001 accreditation. We have held ISO 9001 quality certification for over 20 years and work closely with the technical departments of our main suppliers on the development of our raw materials to ensure that our products remain at the forefront of the market in terms of performance and cost.
